Terms and Conditions

All refunds must be requested through Admin@WillowGroveAcademy.com.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method minus a $50 processing fee.

For classes paid in full before the start of the course, the following refund policy applies:

• • We will refund 80% (minus the processing fee) if you withdraw from the course on or before August 21, 2023. 
  • We will refund 50% (minus the processing fee) if you withdraw from the course on or before October 1, 2023.
  • No refunds will be issued after Oct. 1, 2023.
